Testimonials

Client David IMotion EMS

I began traditional training with Stacy in January 2023 with the goal of losing weight while gaining muscle. My progress was steady, and I was happy with the results I was seeing, although the changes were incremental.

EMS has been a game-changer. The progress I made in six months was enhanced tenfold when I began this new form of training. The transformation has been noticeable, not just in my size and weight loss but also in increased strength and stamina. I love to swim and after a year of sporadic swimming, I have begun a regular schedule of 5x/week. Immediately I noticed how much stronger and more energy I had than when I swam.

The EMS workout is an intense 20 minutes and at the end of my session, I am both exhausted and energized. I find that mentally I push myself like I never did in my regular training. The stimulus generated by the suit encourages me to work that much harder. The workout is challenging and rewarding.

Stacy has discussed my fitness goals with me and sets workouts accordingly. As a certified trainer, she is innovative and forward-thinking. With a degree in kinesiology, she is able to understand and fully utilize the i-Motion technology. Stacy is a pleasure to work with. Not only is she a dedicated coach, she is also an enthusiastic cheerleader.

What were your fitness goals when you started training with EMS? To tone more and get stronger. I have been a "cardio addict" for years and realized I have been stuck in the same place. I really want to focus on getting stronger and having more definition.

What were your fitness goals when you started training with EMS?

I wanted to supplement my normal weight training and cardio workouts with something new and different. The gym gets boring and it's hard to run consistently in the Arizona summer so I wanted something to take the place of a couple of workouts a week.

How much progress have you made since you started your training?

I didn't start the training with the goal of losing weight or body fat but I definitely noticed a difference in how I felt after two weeks of workouts. The morning following a workout I could see and feel a difference in my muscles. Everything just felt a little leaner and more toned and I could tell that I was working muscles that weren't used to being worked.

What do you love about EMS training?

1- The efficiency. There is no way I could achieve the level of physical exertion I got in 20 minutes with EMS doing any workout on my own in the gym. At the end of a 20 minute EMS training session I had the same feeling I get from a whole body workout but it didn't take 2+ hours out of my day.

2- It didn't hurt my joints. I have recurring back, hip and shoulder pain and EMS training didn't aggravate them the way that heavy free weights sometimes do. The workouts didn't require heavy weights because the suit made even bodyweight exercises a struggle.

3- It's hard. I love a good challenge and the EMS suit makes even the simplest body weight movement into a whole body exercise.

What is your favorite thing about training with Coach Stacy?

The motivation! Honestly, most days I went into the workouts not really excited to struggle for half an hour. But Stacy is great at bringing the motivation and making the workouts fun no matter how hard they were.

I started my EMS training with InteGRITy the beginning of the summer and just love it. I like that Stacy, the owner, tailors my workouts to my needs and goals. I have osteoporosis so EMS is a perfect fit since it works all my muscles each session. I look forward to my weekly workouts under Stacy’s guidance and workouts vary so it is not repetitive or boring. Stacy is encouraging and motivating and helps me push myself. I am amazed at how many calories I can burn in my 20 minute workout. Training with Stacy is fun and rewarding.

I first found out about EMS through a few golf buddies that said it really helped alleviate their back pain.  That’s when I found Stacy and decided to give it a try.  After 1.5 months of training 1 day per week, plus some individual training, I can feel muscles coming back that without EMS I couldn’t strengthen due to age related injuries.  Stacy is a great trainer and super nice person.  She has given me hope for a better future doing the things I love to do (hike, golf, pickleball, etc., etc)

Tim

What were your fitness goals when you started training with EMS? I was looking for a new workout to supplement other activity in my weekly schedule. I wanted to build muscle and drop body fat. I try for 3-4 workouts/week, however, just EMS twice a week allows me to hit and maintain my physical goals.

How much progress have you made since you started your training? I have gone from 22 to 20% body fat while maintaining the same weight. I made no changes to my diet with the exception of making an attempt to eat more protein.

What do you love about EMS training?

20 minute workout is intense but it flies by. With the quick moving back-to-back workouts you can't help but get your heart rate up.  I am accustomed to burning close to 1000 calories in a 1hr HIIT workout. I routinely hit 1000 or more calorie burn in 20 minutes and a 5-minute cooldown. I don't need to load up with heavy weights or engage in repeated explosive plyo movements or cardio - all of which are easier on my shoulder, knees, and ankle joints that usually cause me discomfort after traditional gym workouts or HIIT classes.

What is your favorite thing about training with Coach Stacy? Stacy is in her element when she is training. It's the one area of our relationship where I admit that she is smarter than me. Luckily, it is only for 20 minutes twice a week. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, passionate about fitness and helping people meet their goals.

I've been training with Stacy using the EMS suit, and the results have been incredible! From the very first session, Stacy made sure I understood how the EMS technology works and how it can be used to target specific muscle groups for maximum results. The experience was both challenging and rewarding. Stacy’s expertise and attention to detail ensured that each session was tailored to my goals, whether it was building strength, increasing endurance, or improving overall muscle tone.

What I love most about working with Stacy is her ability to combine cutting-edge technology with personalized coaching. The EMS suit delivers an intense workout, but Stacy is always there to guide me through proper form and technique, making sure I get the most out of every session. She’s not only knowledgeable about EMS training, but she also takes the time to listen to my feedback and adjust the intensity as needed to keep me progressing.

Thanks to Stacy, I've noticed significant improvements in muscle definition, strength, and overall fitness in a fraction of the time compared to traditional workouts. The sessions are efficient, effective, and never boring. Stacy's positivity, encouragement, and passion for helping clients succeed make every workout an enjoyable challenge.

If you're looking to take your fitness to the next level with innovative training, I highly recommend Stacy and EMS suit training. It’s been a game-changer for me, and I can’t wait to continue working with her!
